Just ordered the British bundle after hearing some samples and reading lots of opinions.

The general census is that the EQ compares well to the Waves SSL and UAD plugs, whereas the comp is so-so depending on who you talk to.

For the money its 10 pounds a plugin, to me thats Oxfam prices, lol.

ps. Also check out Digital Village, their selling all their EMU libraries for £7.99 and yes, it includes the Pro 88 Steinway piano.

I always feel that the general opinion on Nomad Factory plug-ins is a bit skewed because of people’s (bad) experience with older plug-in like the pre V3 Blue Tubes bundle. I personally really like their Analog Mastering Tools, and I reckon this British bundle is quite a steal at just $30 USD.

Nomad’s “Retrology” line of plugs are *very* good, and they offer the end user a stable, CPU-friendly, sweet-sounding alternative to plugs costing much more.

This particular British Bundle sounds great, however I prefer the EQ unit to the compressor. The EQ reminds me of Nomad’s now-defunct “E-Tone” EQ, which was very similar sounding to Abbey Roads’ TG Mastering Pack EQ’s.

Try out the demos, and see how they work for you… for $30, it’s a great deal that you might not want to overlook.
