Computer Music Production School Dirty South Beat Contest

Computer Music Production School in conjunction with GotchaNoddin.com and WAV Addiktz Productions, has announced the Dirty South beat contest, an opportunity to beat battle with other producers for prizes, recognition and potential label release.

The Beat Genre for February 2012 is Dirty South. The Dirty South beats created will incorporate the sound made popular by producers Lex Luger, Zaytoven, Drumma Boy, and Shawty Redd. Arrangement, clarity, and creativity are top focus. Good use of bass, addictive melodies, and catchy synthlines are some of the criteria your beats will be judged on.

Participants will have 30 days to submit material. Only one track allowed per month/per entry. Submission fee is $10 and Computer Music Production School students participate free of charge.
