Convolver DSP audio plug-in

Convolver has been updated to v4.0.

A VST version with some limitations (i.e. mono) is now included.

New in v4.0

added mono convolverVST
put up property page when no filter loaded, so that the user has an opportunity to load filter first time through
internal interface tidying
