David Ross updates EQ10 and EQ18

David Ross has updated the EQ10 and EQ18 VST plug-ins, a 10 and 18 Band Parametric Equaliser.

This update changes the Parametric Equalizer Algorithm, resulting in a better sounding EQ that sounds more analog.
