EFM updates 8-Track to v0.7.

Changes since v0.3

• in true porta fashion pan left or right to record 2 mono sources
• will act as a VSTi - for loop playing
• new v2 manual and 2-Track are in the zip
• removed a bunch of junk dll is much smaller CPU is a little lighter
• added 3X input preamp
• added metronome w/host sync
• unity gain throughout
• removed master level
• new unity gain silder marks
• delay - effects loop

Note that 2-Track is now also included in the 8-Track zip package.
