feelyoursound has released version 1.1.0 of XotoPad, a MIDI touch controller for Windows.
The MIDI controller software for Windows touchscreens gives easy access to a field of pads. Each pad can either work as a MIDI note trigger or as a MIDI controller device.
XotoPad features 4 individual banks with many pads, making it easy to control multiple synths, channels, and settings at the same time. Author Hauke Menges shows some of the possibilities of his software in this new video.
Changes in XotoPad v1.1.0
- All pads can get labeled easily. Labels and pad colors help to stay organized in larger projects.
- New pad-mode: Pads can not only send notes and x/y controller values anymore, but also work as push buttons for MIDI CC data. This way it’s very easy to trigger certain effect settings like delay or cutoff. It also helps with controlling DAWs, DJ- and VJ-software like Ableton Live or Traktor.
XotoPad costs 29 EUR.
