J1000 has released version 3.71 of Alpha and Beta, two free equalizer effect plug-ins for Windows.

- Double-click on slider knobs resets their position, instead of clicking on slider grooves.
- [ALPHA] when monitoring only side channel it is temporarily boosted by 6 dB.
- [ALPHA] improved loudness contour with gentler highs and slightly more lows resulting in more balanced overall sound.
- [BETA] improved low and high-shelf frequency response so they match more evenly.
Alpha and Beta are available to download as freeware VST plug-ins for Windows.
