Jeroen Breebaart releases SEND

Jeroen Breebaart has released SEND (beta), a freeware VST effect plugin for Windows.

JB SEND (Spectrum Enhancing Non-linear Device) combines resonating low and high-pass filters with non-linear elements that generate even or odd harmonics.
