Loopmasters has released Atalanta Chill Volume 2, a new collection of live and programmed Lounge and Chillout samples for Downtempo, Jazz, Funk and Soul-infused Electronica.
“Atalanta Chill 2” is a brand new collection of 255 Drum and SFX one shot sounds and 422 real and synth instrumental loops recorded at tempos of 60-90 BPM. All sounds were passed through an 80’s analogue mixing desk and a valve compressor (hit pretty hard at times) for a bit of character and some sounds were bounced to reel to reel tape and back for added vibe.
Continuing on from Vol1 AC2 features a fresh re-boot of inspirational loops and sounds including : nylon and steel strung acoustic guitars, electric guitars running through a range of guitar pedals (including fuzz, stereo widening, wah and distortion), live driven electric and punchy synth basses, live acoustic and sample-based drum grooves, dusty Rhodes and piano licks, dream-like pads and strings. All sounds are perfectly suited for Cinematic, Leftfield, Lounge and Chillout styles.
