Online Storage, plenty of choice (maybe too much?)

I do regularly backup my (most valuable) data to a second hard disk, an external hard disk and occasionally to DVD, but it might be a good idea to store some backups online as well.

There seem to be plenty of options for free online storage…

  • Box.net – 1GB storage, max file size 10MB, 10GB transfer/mth
  • CosmoPOD – 1GB storage (online Linux Desktop)
  • DivShare – Unlimited?, max file size 200MB (upload limit per time)
  • DropBoks – 1GB storage, max file size 50MB
  • Dumpt – 1 GB storage (images), max file size 3MB
  • eSnips – 1GB storage
  • filedropr – ?
  • FileFactory – Unlimited storage, max file size 300MB
  • EOCFU – ?
  • MediaFire – Unlimited storage, max file size 100MB, unlimited bandwidth
  • MediaMax – 25GB storage, max file size 10MB, 1GB transfer/mth
  • MiHD.net – max file size 501MB per upload
  • Mozy – 2GB storage
  • MyOtherDrive – 5GB storage, > 1GB file size
  • OmniDrive – 1GB storage, unlimited file size, 5GB of transfer/mth
  • Openomy – 1GB storage, 10GB transfer/mth
  • Pando – 1GB storage

And of course that’s not all, many more here and here.

AMD LIVE! Media Vault (Streamload) looks pretty sweet to me. Anyone have recommendations?
