Short links for December 5th, 2008
Some interesting things I found recently:
Justin @ 3amnoise has released some drum kits in Battery, Live and Orion formats.
- Bag kit – A single break beat sampled with a V-Synth and then sliced, diced, warped, filterd, smashed and trashed.
- Dirt kit – A Eurorack modular (Doepfer, Harvestman, Livewire) pushed through a tube guitar-preamp.
- Grind – An EMU XL-7 processed with the modular and Reaktor.
- Plate kit – A found sound percussion loop, sampled with the V-Synth and further processed with Reaktor.
# Structure Synth – an application for creating 3D structures from a set of user specified rules. It is an attempt to make a 3D version of Context Free

Structure Synth – render after changing a few things in one of the examples
It doesn’t make any sound but it sure looks nice!
# Resolume VJ Software – Live Digital Motion Graphics
Resolume Avenue 3 is a real-time instrument for live (audio) visual performances. Play video clips forwards & backwards, adjust the tempo and apply effects. Improvise your visuals to the beat of the music.
