Short links for March 20th, 2008
Some interesting things I bookmarked on del.icio.us on March 20th, 2008:
- Guitar Hero: On Tour Interview
Karthik Bala says:We figured that attaching a full-size guitar or even a mini-guitar would be too awkward to play on the road, hence the design of the more compact Guitar Grip, which gives you the tactile sense of the fret buttons, with the touch screen depicting the strings of the guitar (instead of a strum bar).

Guitar Hero: On Tour - The Guitar Grip
- Paper Circuitry at Home: Electric Origami - Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories combines basic electronics (an LED Throwie) and papercraft (a traditional origami balloon) to make what might be called an "LED Foldie."
- Custom turntables - Mike Disher based his turntable design on the legendary Rega P3, and created a new, custom acrylic plinth and a set of feet.
- Califaudio: M-Resonator - Sonic Alienator + Synth Mangler - TB-303 running through a sonic destruction trio of effects: Jomox M-Resonato, Frostwave Sonic Alienator and Effector13 Synth Mangler.
- Circuit Bend Your Face: Chop Box - A mute pedal for chopping up sounds.
- Humanworkshop.com - Cinematic breakbeat, glitchy music, drum & bass, mash-ups, free samples and loops, Humanworkshop radio and lots more…
