Soultracker has released PolyRythmic Sequencer v.03 LE, a freeware rhythmbox VSTi plug-in.

Features

• Loads user samples, played according to a pattern
• Samples can be pitched according a definite sequence
• Samples can be played as a loop
• Loops can vary in size on the tempo and according to a definite sequence
• Every pattern can play a definite number of samples contained in a folder in a unpredictable or organized way
• For each pattern you can assign a precise temporal signature

You will need Cycling ‘74 Pluggo to use this plug-in, so get the free runtime (or Pluggo Junior which inludes a bunch of plug-ins) here in case you don’t have it yet.
