Native Instruments has announced Komplete 7 Elements, a new software bundle that provides musicians and producers with an especially affordable arsenal of professional instruments and effects.

Based on the acclaimed technology of KONTAKT, KORE, REAKTOR and GUITAR RIG, the bundle includes over 2,000 production-ready sounds and 12 GByte of studio-grade sample material, covering a wide range of sound aesthetics and musical styles.

Together with the introduction of KOMPLETE 7 ELEMENTS, the popular free KONTAKT 4 PLAYER and KORE 2 PLAYER are now complemented with player versions of GUITAR RIG 4 and REAKTOR 5. KOMPLETE 7 ELEMENTS combines the vast synthesis, sampling and effects processing capabilities of these four player versions with a wealth of inspirational sound material that is derived from the full product versions contained in the professional KOMPLETE bundle.

Native Instruments has introduced Komplete 7, a significantly expanded version of its studio-standard software bundle.

The next generation of KOMPLETE now combines 24 instruments and effects – including five entirely new products – with over 10,000 sounds and 90 GByte of samples, resulting in a comprehensive suite with unparalleled versatility for music production and performance.

KOMPLETE 7 includes the latest versions of Native Instruments’ acclaimed full-featured instruments and effects, ranging from ABSYNTH 5, BATTERY 3.1, FM8, GUITAR RIG 4.1, KONTAKT 4.1 and MASSIVE to the upcoming REAKTOR 5.5. As the next generation of the legendary modular synthesis studio, the new REAKTOR version adds powerful modal and additive synthesis, a revised user interface, the unique “Lazerbass” synthesizer and many enhancements for both instrument builders and musicians.

This compressor plug-in provides incredibly accurate emulations of three original RS124 units from Abbey Road’s unique outboard collection, bringing the sound; look and functionality of these rare pieces of hardware to all major DAWs.

Abbey Road Studios has announced the release of the RS124 Compressor, an authentic emulation of one of Abbey Road Studio’s most sought after pieces of vintage gear.

This compressor plug-in provides incredibly accurate emulations of three original RS124 units from Abbey Road’s unique outboard collection, bringing the sound; look and functionality of these rare pieces of hardware to all major DAWs.

The RS124 plug-in was modeled using the original hardware and circuit diagrams with extensive listening tests taking place at Abbey Road under the guidance of Abbey Road’s Director of Engineering, Peter Cobbin. The RS124 is also one the worlds first dedicated Dynamics LCR plug-in, allowing users to ‘stack’ all three units on top of one another – as if you were in the studio! (TDM and RTAS only).

In addition to the functionality found on the original units, users can enjoy a new surprise feature. This extra function is wonderfully brutal and guaranteed to make your drums jump out of the speakers!

Native Instruments has announced the release of Abbey Road 70s Drums, the second of Native Instruments’ collaborations with Abbey Road Studios London.

This KONTAKT Instrument contains no emulations or modeling of any kind – ABBEY ROAD | 70s DRUMS is built entirely of high-quality samples of two distinctive vintage drum kits from the 1970s, made accessible via an easy-to-use interface newly created in conjunction with the Abbey Road experts. Made up of thousands of painstakingly sampled hits, every sound in this KONTAKT Instrument was recorded in Abbey Road’s legendary Studio Two using classic vintage equipment from that period.

Abbey Road 70s Drums features

    • The Open Kit is a Ludwig™ Vistalite Tequila Sunrise from 1972 with a 26″ kick drum, 14″ rack tom and 16″ and 18″ floor toms. Recorded in the legendary Studio Two of Abbey Road, this kit provides the big roomy sound immortalized on countless classic rock recordings.
    • The Tight Kit is a vintage 1970s Premier model with 22″ kick drum, 13″ rack tom, 14″ and 16″ floor toms.
