AudioFront updates DSP Trigger audio to MIDI plugin to v1.1

AudioFront has released version 1.1 of DSP Trigger, a software-based audio to MIDI converter.

Unlike similar products on the market, it is specifically designed to be used with drum pads and as such provides faster and more accurate triggering than can be achieved using standard audio to MIDI converters.

AudioFront has announced the release of DSP Trigger, a software based audio to MIDI converter for Windows.

It processes the audio output from drum pads and converts it to MIDI without the need of a hardware drum brain. It supports both single and dual zone pads and can output up to four separate articulations. DSP can be used as a way to upgrade your current e-drum kit, or as the foundation for a complete VST based drum brain.

AudioFront DSP Trigger FREE

AudioFront has released DSP Trigger FREE, a feature reduced version of the software based audio to MIDI converter DSP Trigger.

It processes audio output from drum pads and converts it to MIDI without the need of a hardware drum brain.

It only supports single zone pads and can output up to two separate articulations. For full support for dual zone pads and positional sensing, be sure to check out the full version.
