Boz Digital Labs has launched +10db, a David Bendeth Signature plug-in series modelled after a very highly sought after compressor hardware unit.
+10db is a channel strip plugin meticulously modeled after one of the industries most iconic hardware compressors.
Unless you refuse to listen to any music after Beethoven, you most certainly have heard this unit in action. Best yet, this is the first time this hardware unit has been available in plugin format.

Slate Digital has announced the release of the Virtual Mix Rack, a channel strip effect plug-in for Windows and Mac.
The ‘VMR’ includes four world class mix modules, including two classic equalizers and two versatile mix compressors, with more modules to be developed.

Softube has updated its Console 1 to version 2.1.45, including the new Solid State Logic XL 9000 K channel strip.
We are proud to announce the release of the new software update for Console 1. It does not only entail the new channel strip Solid State Logic XL 9000 K-Series for Console 1, but also big improvements for all Console 1 owners. A 20 day demo license can be downloaded for evaluation purposes. The update also adds Mac OSX 10.10 Yosemite support for all Softube’s plug-ins.

- A bypassed section becomes automatically enabled if a parameter is adjusted.
- Auto Display time (the time it takes for the On-Screen Display to disappear after the last performed adjustment) can be determined by user.
- In Auto Display mode, the On-Screen Display is triggered by all knobs and buttons.
- Added center logo to Solid State Logic SL 4000 E.

- Fixed connection issues (MIDI conflicts), experienced by a handful of users.

Lindell Audio has announced the launch of Lindell Plugins, a joint venture between Lindell Audio and LSR Audio.
Modelled upon the hugely popular and highly affordable 500 Series Hardware 6X-500, 7X-500 and PEX-500 analogue processors, the Lindell software versions build upon this pricing strategy with all 3 modules available to download at $99/£59/€79 per individual plugin. There is also a Channel X bundle available that comprises of all 3 hardware emulations along with the Channel X – Super Channel all for $249
Building upon feedback submitted by Lindell hardware users in the field, Tobias Lindell has chosen to implement these highly requested features into the software versions, offering a fine set of process tools for use in DAW platforms. The Plugins are available as RTAS/AAX/VST and AU formats in both 32bit and 64bit architecture and include an 1176 Styled FET Compressor, a Pultec Styled EQ and a Classic MicPre emulation with high and low boost offering analogue drive and saturation.
The plug-ins are now available for purchase for $99 USD each, or bundled in the Channel X pack for $249 USD.
