Multiples Pro updates Reaktor Toolbox to v2

Related: , , , , Posted in news on Sep 19, 2013 - comment 0 comments

Multiples Pro has updated the Reaktor Toolbox to version 2, adding new macros.

Reaktor has become a mainstay of Multiples Pro for several reasons.

Not only are we using it to experiment with sound and to create ensembles to give away free here on the site but we also use it heavily when creating sample libraries for you.

So, to go with our line up of instruments and fx we thought it may be nice to give away all of the macros we have created along the way so that you can start using the program yourself.

The new update includes new macros used in the creation of MPSampler, our new sampling plugin coming on the 29th of September.

  • Chorus
  • Autopan
  • Timbre – EQ
  • Master Output Meter

The Reaktor Toolbox is a free download.

Boscomac releases Floodverb reverb for Reaktor

Boscomac Floodverb

Boscomac has announced Floodverb, a free reverb ensemble for the Reaktor modular studio by Native Instruments.

FLOODVERB is a special reverb that inundates your sound and plunges it into the depths of the spread. Conventionally, you can choose the level of reverb, the rate of diffusion of the reverb sound and even the color of its spread by using the band-stop filters.

But the original aspect of Floodverb lies in its three modes of actions:

  • Fixed: you set the length of the reverb.
  • Controlled: you choose by a midi controller that the reverb becomes inifinite.
  • Ducked: when you do not play, the reverb becomes infinite and suspends your last notes.

Three interesting ways that make Floodverb is a unique effect. Let yourself go snorkeling in the background of sound ocean and maybe after a few hours of music, you will see some dolphins …

The ensemble is a free download. Donations are welcome.

Sunsine Audio releases Effectus for Audulus

Sunsine Audio Effectus

Sunsine Audio has released Effectus, a collection of 4 stereo effects for Audulus.

Effectus contains 4 stereo effects ready for standalone or Audiobus use.

Effectus features

  • Shifter – Shifter contains a pitch shift section as well as a ring mod section. Both can be used independently or mixed together as well as mixed with the original signal. This is the free demo instrument.
  • Binary (Chop) and Binary (Ring) – Binary is an amplitude modulator or gate device, and comes in two flavors. Binary (Chop) allows exploration of slower speed stereo gating effects while Binary (Ring) brings the amplitude modulation into the audio range, producing ring modulation effects with a different tone than the “traditional” ring modulation in Shifter produces.
  • Mothra – Mothra is a sequenced and filtered reverb. Each input is individually fed through a network of distortion devices, simple low pass filters, and reverbs which are then delivered to a 16 step sequencer providing strange stereo and resonant spaces which can be “stepped” through.
  • Time Gap – Time Gap is a filtered stereo delay with cross feed between the left and right channels. A simple high pass filter is followed by three delay units with two resonant low pass filters placed between them, delays can be cross fed at two points in the signal chain.

Effectus for Audulus costs $3.99 USD.

Peter Dines releases Ghost Shift free multitap filtered delay for Reaktor

Reaktor Tips Ghost Shift

Peter Dines has introduced Ghost Shift, a free multitap filtered delay effect for Native Instruments Reaktor.

Ghost Shift is a delay effect based on an earlier version of mine called Pumpkin. I’ve reskinned it, added functionality and fine tuned the filter and feedback parameters for easier sound tweaking.

The major thing you have to know about Ghost Shift is that each delay line works as a separate voice in Reaktor. Adding more voices in the instrument parameters is gonna give you more delay taps, and magically, the number of controls in the delay time, pan etc. graphs will auto-adjust to the number of voices / delay taps.

Ghost Delay is a free download for Reaktor Tips Facebook fans.
