WURLITSAR is a Wurlitzer who has a warm et round sound! Now you can mix the direct signal with the amplified signal and get an interesting balance. You can also adjust the rate of distortion of the amplifier to get some “crunch” to the wurli. Vibrato has been replaced by the ability to adjust the tremolo on the panoramic. Bedroom Producers Blog has announced that the freeware Mokafix Audio effect plug-ins are now available to download at its website.

Bedroom Producers Blog is proud to host all of the freeware VST plugins which were developed by Mokafix Audio, with kind permission of the author.

Mokafix Audio has developed a number of high quality guitar pedal emulations and virtual electric piano instruments for Windows, both commercial and freeware.

Unfortunately, none of these were available for download as of recently, so I’ve decided to contact Efflam Le Bivic of Mokafix Audio (now a graphic designer at Native Instruments) personally and ask him if it would be OK to host the freeware ones on BPB. Thankfully, he said yes!

The plug-ins are available to download for Windows (VST), and include the Metal Clone overdrive, Nu-Tron envelope filter, NoAmp! amplifier & cabinet simulation, and Glue Reeds electric piano.

Gospel Musicians has announced the release of Neo-Soul Keys for iPad, a virtual electric piano app.

Neo-Soul Keys for iPad is specifically designed for professional gigging or live studio work. Gospel Musician’s goal was to build a professional app that could compete with any hardware synth and/or desktop audio electric piano solution.
