Eowave has announced the availability of ” title=”Magma product page”>Magma, its analogue bassline synthesizer with sequencer and memory.

Eowave Magma
Magma’s sound engine is inspired by the SH series of Roland.

The MAGMA is an analogue bassline synthesizer inspired by classical synths from the 1980s. It offers the possibility to mix 4 different waveforms (saw, square, sub, noise). The 24 dB low-pass filter is also inspired from classical filters from the 80s.

To this particular sound of the 80s, we added a touch of modernity with modern controls and parameters saving features. The 16 steps sequencer has 4 rows: 1 for the notes and 3 freely assignable to a parameter of your choice that enables to create living sequences with sonorities like Vince Clark or Yann Hammer.

The Magma synth is available to purchase for 539 EUR excl. VAT.

Our prototype called KOMA has become the MAGMA! The MAGMA is an analogue bassline synthesizer inspired by classical synths from the 1980s. Eowave Domino analogue monophonic synthesizer

Eowave is now shipping the Domino, an discreet analogue synthesizer with a VCO in the tradition of MS20 and TB303.

Eowave Domino

The VCO, filter & VCA are transistor made. This transistor architecture gives .:.:DOMINO.::: a unique raw sound. Rich and raw at the same time, no need of external effects to give life to the sound. The VCO offers a mix between sawtooth and square. Pulsewidth can be modulated by the LFO. The filter is a 24dB resonant filter. The analogue envelope range is from 1ms to 10s with attack, decay, sustain/release. The LFO has 8 different waveforms. On waveform 8, the modulation wheel can replace the LFO. MIDI CC 8 to 16 can transform the LFO in a sequencer to modulate pitch, pulsewidth, filter cutoff. The VCA can be modulated by a gate or by an envelope. In the legato mode, playing notes will generate glide between two notes. The glide time can be edited via MIDI CC. We’ve added a few more features like an arpeggiator and an accent recognition capability: all velocity values above 100 are recognized as an accent. With its small size and metal enclosure, .:.:DOMINO.::: will follow you everywhere!
