iZotope has licensed multiple audio processing technologies for inclusion in the new Adobe Premiere Pro CC, the video production component of Adobe Creative Cloud.

The industry-leading, cross-platform video editor now features a suite of audio effects including convolution reverb, vocal enhancer, mastering tools, single and multiband compressors, and other audio technologies.

iZotope has released two new sound libraries for Iris, the ground-breaking visual synthesizer instrument for Windows and Mac.

Sample Remix Contest 2013/03 – The Results

March 2013 Sample Remix Contest

Last week the sample remix contest deadline passed and all 58 contestants have had a week to check out the entries and submit their top 5 favorites.

The results are in and it’s time to distribute the prizes, kindly offered by our friends at Time+Space.

First place goes to Francis Red for the track “Tropology”, a quality production with a catchy melody. This was a clear win, with both the highest amount of votes and points, as well as the most #1 votes.

In second place is Noizefield with “Level Up”, demonstrating some next level sample processing skills.

Third place winner is “Alien Love” by SatYatunes, a beautiful downtempo atmospheric piece.

The 4th winner – picked by random.org – is Robert Fletcher with his entry Welcome Laughter.

Congratulations to the winners! It was a pretty close race for the top 10, which included the tracks by Marcin Chicy, Solidtrax, König, DavidF, Sayonara Gaia, Alex Nekita, Carbone and Crystal Craft.
