FXpansion has announced the release of Myagi: Bass Weaponry 2, a DCAM: Synth Squad preset pack for hard-edged modern bass music.

Like the original Bass Weaponry, the sounds are designed by acclaimed producer/remixer Myagi for modern genres such as Neuro, Trap and Dubstep as well as forward-thinking electro, techno, house and electronic pop.

Bass Weaponry 2 contains futuristic acid sequences, cone-rattling subs, progressive chord basses and much more. With expertly layered DCAM synths and slick, powerful FX treatments, the sounds are ready and primed to slot into your productions.

The 128 presets in Bass Weaponry 2 are created in Fusor with extensive macro control mappings for wide timbral variations from the initial sounds – perfect for expressive, performance-oriented composition.

Cableguys has announced the release of Curve 2, a software synthesizer with an irresistible waveform editor, huge sound library and slick interface.

Feed Curve’s oscillators, LFOs and envelopes with custom waveforms. For anything rhythmic from wobbles to FX loops and evolving pads. For broad oscillator timbres from deep basses to shrill, aggressive snarls.

FXpansion has announced the release of Myagi: Ferocity, a collection of presets for DCAM: Synth Squad carefully crafted by Myagi, whose precision blend of breaks, electro, techno and mash-up is the guiding influence behind these savage dancefloor sounds.

Built to cut through the mix in contemporary electronic music genres, Myagi: Ferocity’s sounds are particularly suited to electro, breaks, drum & bass and dubstep.

While already primed and ready to use, they are designed to encourage experimentation and additional tweaking via Fusor’s macro controls, TransMod and FuseMod. The performance control modulation has been designed to be inspiring and playable, and the sounds display the stunning possibilities that exist within DCAM: Synth Squad.

As well as biting acid lines and growling modern sounds, the pack contains quirky analog percussion loops, swirling pads and vibrant, expressive sequences.
