ToneBoosters releases TB Reverb v4 effect plugin, Barricade & Morphit updated

0

ToneBoosters has announced the release of Reverb v4, an all-purpose reverberation effect plugin that offers a wide variety of controls to shape and morph its character.

TB Reverb v4

TB Reverb v4 is the successor of TB Reverb v3. It was re-designed and developed from the ground up with one goal in mind: to create a smooth, warm, lush reverberator with a wide range of additional creative tools such as a beat-synced LFO, integrated gating, ducking, and compression and spectral shaping technology.

We have used analog modelling technology for many of the internal components, such as its integrated state-space filter equalizer.

TB Reverb v4 features

  • Zero latency, low CPU load processing.
  • Fully resizable and functional user interface supporting many color themes.
  • New analog-modelled, state-space filter equalizer.
  • Reverberation time can be sculpted as a function of frequency.
  • Powerful compression, ducking, gating and limiting algorithms.
  • Beat-synced LFO with a wide variety of waveforms and LFO destinations.
  • Separate controls for reverberation mass and depth.
  • High-quality early reflections model that adapts to the room size.

TB Reverb v4 is available for Windows and Mac (VST/AU), priced at 20 EUR. Licensees of the ToneBoosters TrackEssentials bundle get a 50% upgrade discount.

ToneBoosters has also updated its Barricade brickwall limiter and Morphit headphone correction and simulation plugin.

Changes in Barricade v4.1.4

  • The plugin has been renamed to TB_Barricade_v4 for improved consistency and host categorization.
  • Improved oversampling algorithm and quality for the input modeller.
  • Added an internal preset browser.
  • Improved GUI redraw performance.
  • Various optimizations and stability improvements.

Changes in Morphit v1.1.8

  • The plugin has been renamed to TB_Morphit_v1 for improved consistency and host categorization.
  • Accuracy improvement in many headphone profiles.
  • Added internal preset browser.
  • Improved GUI redraw performance.
  • Added new info display for custom EQ sections.
  • Added ‘Loudspeaker in studio room’ target profile.
  • Reduction in CPU load for most headphone profiles.
  • Various optimizations and stability improvements.
