Ample Sound has announced an update to its series of virtual bass instruments. Version 4.1 comes with various new features and improvements.
Changes in Ample Bass v4.1
- A brand-new chord system designed specifically for non-strumming instruments.
- One-click automatic vibrato curve generation for all notes.
- New swing quantization feature.
- New MIDI time-stretching functionality.
- Riffer editing feature update.
- Default preset and riff folder locations changed to “Presets4” and “Riff4”.
- Fixed an issue where some users were unable to export MIDI from Riffer.
- Fixed an issue where some users could not find the activation program when clicking on the activation prompt.
- Fixed an issue with single-channel mode being ineffective in Midi Out.
- Fixed a crash issue when opening certain six-string bass riffs in Riffer.
- Fixed an issue where note techniques may fail when the Riffer playback pointer is set to “stay at current position.”
The update is free for all users of ABP, ABJ, ABJF, ABY, ABTR6, AMR, ABU, and ABA.
