Analog Obsession has introduced an analog-based clipper effect plugin for Windows and macOS. RazorClip features 5 models for different clipping circuits (tape, xfmr, bjt, tube, and diode), fully ‘ideal’ analog modeled without specific model or hardware.
The plugin has controls for 24dB gain compensated input, +/- 24dB output, blending of the processed and unprocessed signal, a bypass for input/output, and it comes with a resizable interface (50% to 200%).
