AOFN Audio has released a reverb plugin designed to go big. Featuring 4 distinct algorithms, each with its own modulation and noise character, Stargazing is aimed at rhythmic textures and harmonic layering as much as traditional space.
Deep Space builds dense early reflections that thicken before drifting into a slow tail; Nebula offers warm, unhurried decays with post-reverb chorus; Aurora runs internal modulation for a wide tail meant to sit under vocals and strings without smearing; and Void pushes toward near-infinite sustain for turning any input into a pad.
The algorithms share a core control set (Decay, Brightness, Modulation, Pre-delay, Size, Dry/Wet), with an auxiliary column adding Crush, Noise, Clouds, Pulse, and Duck for deeper shaping, plus an A/B slot system and a built-in ambient noise generator.
Drop a note in and watch it build. Dense early reflection that slowly releases into drift. Warm diffusion that accumulates without getting harsh. Wide shimmer that breathes. A tail that simply never ends.
Noise generation, granular clouds, sidechain ducking, pulse gating – woven through every mode. Built for pads. Built for texture. Built for the sound after the sound ends.
Stargazing is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux (experimental) in VST3, AU, and CLAP formats. The plugin is on sale for the intro price of $19 USD through September 30th, 2026 (regular $49 USD). A 14-day full-featured trial is available to try the plugin.
