BLIKO and Phonkidprod of the Barcelona-based Astra Creative Audio studio have released a new subscription-based sampler instrument for Windows and macOS (VST3/AU and standalone).
Astra Sampler FX features a built-in FL-style piano roll and drum sequencer (up to 64 bars), draggable chops with instant preview, real-time time-stretch with formant control, live FX on the black keys — and a living, generative universe (the Cosmos) that reacts to everything you play.
A sampler from another world: stretch any loop to your tempo, chop it how you like, fire effects from the black keys and watch the Cosmos react to every hit.
Available for Windows and macOS in VST3, AU and standalone formats, Astra Sampler FX comes with 18 factory packs and 11 artist “Planets” (200+ sounds). It is priced €9.99 EUR/month or €99 EUR/year, and a 7-day trial is available to try Astra Sampler FX.
