atkAudio has released a plugin that is designed to adjust the overall audio level to match a specific target level in real-time. Featuring input and output stage limiters, loudness measurement, 4x oversampling on the output limited (optional), atkAutoleveller supports up to 64 channels.
Auto-leveller could also be called as dynamic normalizer. Input stage limiter can be used to protect auto-leveller circuit from sudden loud bursts of sound. Output stage limiter allows setting (or offsetting) final output level. Threshold controls the minimum audio level required to engage auto-levelling; hysteresis controls the minimum change in signal level required to trigger adjustment.
Available in VST3 and AU formats for Windows, macOS and Linux, the plugin is priced $79 USD. An 50% discount is offered for all paid atkAudio products for a limited time.
