AudioThing Filterjam resonant filter plugin updated with VST3 support

AudioThing has released version 1.1.0 of Filterjam, a free multi-band resonant filter effect.

AudioThing FilterJam

The update comes with support for the VST3 plugin format, a new preset copy/paste function and a “Resizable Window” global option.

Furthermore, oversampling has been improved to offer up to 16x, and an automation bug in Pro Tools was fixed.

Filterjam is a multi-band resonant filter delivering weird ringmod-like filtered sounds. The input signal is divided into 4 bands that are then summed or multiplied together according to the selected mode. Filterjam can be very harsh or gentle, it can add brightness or depth to synth sounds, but it can also completely mangle acoustic sources.

Filterjam is available as a free download for Windows and Mac (VST/AU/AAX) from Plugin Boutique.

I wonder what’s happened here? Maybe it’s just the Windows version that’s the problem, but I can’t find v1.1 either on PlugIn Boutique or from Audio Thing. The Audio Thing site download is at least newer than the v1.0 that I already had from PIB months ago, but v1.1 doesn’t seem to be available yet
