AudioThing has released an update to its vintage tube overdrive plugin for Windows, macOS and Linux. Version 1.1.3 of Valves brings support for macOS 26 Tahoe, and fixes issues with some presets not recalling correctly and online Activation on Windows.
Valves is a vintage valve emulation plugin with multimode resonant filter and cabinet/EQ section. The valve section is modelled after classic vintage tubes, with added grit and custom gain control. The filter section is modelled after a classic ladder filter (2-pole or 4-pole) with low pass, high pass, bandpass and notch modes. The cabinet/EQ section features a selection of modelled cabinets with classic bass and treble EQ controls.
Available in VST/VST3, AU, AAX and CLAP plugin formats, Valves is on sale for 19 USD/EUR until February 28th, 2026 (regular 59 USD/EUR).
