Behringer has introduced a portable analog synthesizer designed for musicians who value classic tone, flexible sound design, and a streamlined workflow.
Whether you’re exploring synthesis for the first time or adding a compact analog voice to your setup, the UB-1 MICRO delivers authentic analog sound in a flexible, easy-to-integrate design. Plug it in. Explore the sound. Create.
At its core, the UB-1 MICRO features dual analog DCO oscillators, supported by a sub oscillator or noise generator to add depth, texture, and character to your sound. A classic 24 dB/oct analog low-pass filter provides smooth, musical shaping, from warm tones to more expressive sounds.
Using its intuitive menu system and multi-function controls, you can access two LFOs and dedicated envelopes to add movement and dynamics, while the built-in arpeggiator helps you create rhythmic patterns and evolving sequences. The arpeggiator can run on its internal clock or sync via USB or MIDI, making it easy to integrate into a wide range of setups.
Powered via USB-C, the UB-1 MICRO works as a class-compliant USB MIDI device and includes MIDI IN for connecting external controllers and gear. A headphone output allows for convenient monitoring and focused practice at any time.
Designed to balance compact size with genuine analog sound, the UB-1 MICRO offers a focused and versatile approach to synthesis in a modern, portable format.
The UB-1 MICRO has a global MSRP of $55.90 USD.
