BOOM Library has announced the latest expansion of its general sound effects collection, adding over 500 new sound files and more than 2,000 individual effects. This month’s update to BOOM ONE introduces a diverse selection of rolling and spinning object recordings, immersive ambiences from Sri Lanka, and a variety of additional high-quality sound elements.
At over 18GB, this release offers sound designers a rich selection of detailed and versatile effects for their creative projects.
This release features over 250 recordings capturing objects rolling, spinning, and rotating across a range of surfaces. From common items like plates, bottles, and marbles to heavier objects such as dumbbells, metal bolts, and cargo boards, these sounds provide the detail and motion needed for realistic sound design.
With over 40 detailed ambience recordings, this collection transports listeners to the diverse landscapes of Sri Lanka. From the peaceful highlands and flowing waters to bays, lagoons, and mountain environments, these sounds add depth and authenticity to any project.
In addition to motion and ambience, this release includes over 200 extra files covering a broad range of sound design needs, such as electric tufting gun sounds, footstep Foley, and magical elements.
The update is available to BOOM ONE subscribers. New customers can subscribe to the 2025 BOOM ONE for $499 USD.
