BOOM Library has released the November 2025 update to its flagship library for general sound effects. The most expansive drop of the year, the updated BOOM ONE comes with over 1,000 new sound files, 5,200+ individual sounds, and more than 38 GB of production-ready content.
Update 25-12 delivers scale, realism, and versatility across a wide range of use cases. This month’s focus includes authentic large-scale crowd performances, detailed motorcycle sessions, and a strong selection of bonus material for sound designers working in film, games, and immersive audio.
From intense crowd scenes to realistic motorcycle action and layered ambient detail, this update provides serious value for professionals seeking depth and variety in their sound libraries.
Highlights of the November Update
- CROWDS: Voices at Scale – Capturing the energy of a large ensemble, this category includes nearly 500 recordings of group walla and reactions, performed in an open field by professional voice actors. These aren’t generic crowd sounds – each recording was captured from multiple distances, offering spatial flexibility from close-up intensity to distant atmospheres.
- MOTORCYCLES: Seven Bikes, Zero Shortcuts – With over 400 recordings, this set features seven different motorcycles, three of which receive full multi-microphone treatment including engine sounds, drive-bys, and mechanical interactions. The result is a high-fidelity, ready-to-cut library for vehicle chases, racing games, or street scenes.
- BONUS CONTENT: Added Variety and Flexibility – Rounding out the update are 100+ additional recordings, including environmental ambiences, fantasy elements, and useful production effects.
