Cotorro Audio has released a free multiband harmonic exciter plugin for Windows.

P1E Resonance Unit (P1E-RU) uses 3 independent saturation engines to add harmonics and density to specific frequency ranges.

The plugin allows for robust tonal shaping while maintaining phase-perfect alignment thanks to its Linkwitz-Riley crossover architecture.
P1E-RU features fixed 2x oversampling for a smooth high end. An output control affords you between -12 dB and 12 dB of gain. All three bands can be individually mixed in for a ton of tonal flexibility.

P1E Resonance Unit is free to download for Windows (VST3/LV2).
