DoublePi Technologies has introduced a natural-sounding vocal tuning software with a completely new audio processing algorithm.
Housed in a modern interface, Vovious shows the deviation from the correct pitch with the colors of the notes. It provides controls to change the pitch, slope, vibrato, formants and amplitude of the notes, and a pitch drawing mode allows users to draw everything on the pitch track. Micro-level changes can be made with a temporary note.
Other features of the plugin include editing of timing and sibilants, scale detection, MIDI reference tuning, undo/redo, multi-track editing, and more.
Available for ARA-compatible DAWs in VST3, AU and AAX plugin formats, Vovious is priced €229 EUR. A free 30-day trial version can be downloaded to try the software.
