unable to down load other all plugings

Hi,
I haven’t been able o get this to work.
I see my sequencer (Reaper) showing midi signal and all other VSTi’s are working…but the DSK SaxaphoneZ doesn’t produce a sound.
I’ve tried all the midi channels seperately, but to no avail.
Am I doing something wrong?
