Dustyroom has announced the release of Casual Game Sounds – Single Shot SFX Pack, a small collection of original hand-crafted one-shot sounds.

It contains essential audio material covering most events of any casual game, i.e. short blips for bonuses, tight snappy clicks for tile removal, ticking clocks for depicting the level running out of time etc.

The audio samples are suitable for prototyping, game jams, and of course can be used in your game at any stage. Also these sounds can be used in UX / UI work. It may become handy for the game devs who don’t work with audio and don’t want to hire sound designers as well as for the audio pros who wants to extend their sample collection.

All the sounds were recorded, synthesized and processed with techniques that studio usually uses for their games.

Single Shot SFX Pack features

  • 50 audio samples, 24-bit WAV format, 44.1 kHz Stereo.
  • Includes UX / UI sounds.
  • Covers most events of any casual game: bonuses, tile removal, ticking clocks etc.
  • 11.4 MB size on disk.
  • Everything in the pack licensed CC Zero (CC0).

The pack is a free download. Follow Dustyroom at Twitter (@dustyroomgames) or signup to the newsletter to be notified about updates and future packs.
