Almudio has announced the release of a new binaural spatial panner that lets users place any mono or stereo source anywhere in a 3D field around the listener using HRTF processing.
Offered as a free download for a limited time, 3D Panner is built for headphone mixing and immersive/spatial work.
Place any source anywhere around the listener on one intuitive sphere: left, right, front, back, above and below. HRTF binaural rendering makes it read as true 3D on any pair of headphones, no surround rig or treated room required.
The plugin features frequency band splitting (up to 4 bands) with a built-in limiter for each band, and eight built-in LFOs allows you to move your source with full control over the speed, the amount and the direction.
Available in VST3 and AU plugin formats and as standalone software for Windows and macOS, 3D Panner is free until August 15th, 2026.
