SoundRave has released a free virtual-analog synthesizer built around four independent synthesis layers and a modular effects chain.
ATROPA keeps oscillators, dual filters, envelopes, and performance controls visible on one connected surface, with deeper functions available without replacing the main workflow. Effects are added only as needed from an Effect Browser, then reordered, bypassed, or removed directly within the visual chain, and the same chain can also run as a standalone processor outside the synth.
