Function Loops has announced that it has set free its Hypnotic Female Vocals sample pack, dropping the original $17.90 USD price and making the collection available as a no-cost download.
The pack features two of the label’s regular vocalists, Tonka and Sandrah, recorded specifically to deliver deep, hypnotic and multi-genre female hooks for electronic productions.
Hypnotic Female Vocals includes 185 vocal loops in dry and wet versions, all key and BPM labelled for easy integration, plus 15 vocal one-shots and 59 bonus music loops such as basslines, melodies and drum elements. In total, you get 259 files and around 700 MB of 24-bit WAV content, with more than 500 MB dedicated to vocals alone.
The material is suitable for Tech House, Techno, Psytrance and Progressive, but can be used in any style that needs a steady, hypnotic vocal presence. The phrases can be used as complete hooks or cut and rearranged into shorter snippets to build new patterns and atmospheres.
