Sketch Audio has introduced the first in a series of free audio plugins, with new entries rolling out every month. Based on the compressor in the Doctor Vibe lofi plugin, Lil’ Doc includes the exact same DSP algorithms distilled into 4 essential controls.
This is our take on the classic vinyl compression algorithm from an early 00s sampler. It’s a powerful effect! We also included our signature vinyl noise & crackle, converter drive, and four sample grades.

Lil’ Doc is available in the AAX, AUv2, AUv3, CLAP, and VST3 formats for macOS, Windows, and iOS, and is free to download at Sketch Audio. Desktop installers require a free Sketch Audio account; the iOS version is available on the App Store.
