Darkpalace Studio has announced an update to its free multi-modal delay plugin for Windows, macOS and Linux.
Version 1.1.0 makes Parrot even more colorful, useful and nerdy.
Changes in Parrot v1.1.0
- Even more character: Added a sample rate option to the effect/character library. Reduce your samples to get that cool chiptune sound going on.
- Filter in delay loop: There now is a little “L” button with every band. By default is the bandpass filter used to split the signal into the three modes. With this new ‘Filter in Loop’ option, the filter also goes back through the feedback signal for every delay tap, giving you even more control over your delays and textures.
- Time for themes: A selection of cool, cute and colorful themes have been added to Parrot. Choose from Blueprint, CandyCave, Cyberpunk, DX, Discord, Light, Sakura, Spoopy and Dark. A look for everyone.
- Fixed a bug on an old graphics card where multiple instances of our UI can potentially freeze the DAW.
- Fixed the install path for themes and presets on Linux.
Parrot is free to download in VST3, AU, CLAP and LV2 plugin formats.
