SampleScience has announced that its Sega Master System-inspired virtual instrument is available for free through the end of the month. SMROM features 44 detailed sounds, including arps, leads, basses, sound effects and more.
SMROM is a VST rompler plugin featuring the sound of the Sega Master System’s sound chip, the SN76489 PSG. Each sound has been carefully multi-sampled to sound as authentic as possible. An original Sega Master System game console has been sampled.
