As part of this year’s KVR Developer Challenge, UnplugRed has launched an audio plugin with a unique algorithm that generates harmonics and subharmonics in a precise and surgical manner.
Sucrose is a collaboration between UnplugRed and blepfx.
uses an innovative hilbert transform based phase multiplication technique. though it may be compared to distortion, it does not alter dynamics and achieves clean output with less intermodulation, in a way never seen in traditional distortion plugins.
utilize the subharmonic knob to make basses and kicks beefy, or increase the 2nd and 3rd harmonic to tone-shape guitars and synths, making them cut through any mix.
Sucrose is free to download in VST3, AU and CLAP plugin formats for Windows, macOS and Linux.
