Future Audio Workshop has announced the release of a plugin that brings a new way to play chords. Notes is a fully featured synthesizer that transforms your MIDI keyboard into an expressive chord instrument.
White keys play full, expressive chords, while black keys transform how your chord plays. Users can choose from hundreds of progressions and play styles.
With layered sound engines, effects, and modulation, every sound has texture and atmosphere.
From Moog One brass and Prophet-10 bells to classical guitar, we recorded the most iconic and interesting sounds we could find. Using Notes’ engines and FX, we created five sound packs each with expressive playable chord progressions.
Notes comes packed with chord palettes, play styles, samples, multi-sampled instruments, and FX.
Available in VST/VST3 and AU plugin formats for Windows and Mac, Notes is on sale for the intro price of $40 USD until December 7th, 2025 (regular $80 USD).
