Plughugger has just released another installment in the Modern Bass Expander series of soundsets for the Diva virtual analog synthesizer by u-he.
Bringing a fresh batch of bass presets, the third volume focuses on blending the edgy sound of contemporary bass with the warmth and depth of classic analogs, inspired by synths from Moog and Roland’s Juno series. The pack contains 159 brand new sounds designed to give your productions a fresh low-end identity.
Where the first two sets explored the breadth of Diva’s oscillators and filters, Modern Bass Expander 3 zooms in on the most analog sounding parts of the engine. Digital grit is fused with analogue warmth, resulting in bass sounds that hit hard in the mix.
As a bonus to all our sample-loving friends out there, we recorded all the sounds as audio files, so you can feed your Elektron samplers, Polyend Trackers or software samplers with bass goodness.
