Hell Yes Loop Lab has released a guitar amp plugin built around an amp that never existed, bringing a small, lean voice sitting between clean and edge-of-breakup.
Warm, woody, compressed and a little strange, Little Room is built around the transition rather than the extremes: at lower settings it stays articulate and colored, and pushing it further makes the circuit compress, soften, and saturate without a hard line between clean and distorted.
Not every small amp wants to become a big one. Little Room keeps the things that make a small vintage amplifier interesting: limited headroom, compression, a narrow physical voice and the way the circuit begins to give before it fully breaks. Push it harder and it becomes denser, rougher and more compressed without simply becoming much louder.
Gain sets the primary drive into the amp, while Master pushes the circuit further into compression and saturation rather than acting as a simple loudness control, with Level handling final output independently.
The plugin comes with tone shaping controls for bass, mid and treble, a built-in compact spring reverb, and an internal cabinet processing stage that can be switched on or off.
Available for Windows and macOS (VST3/AU), Little Room is on sale for the intro price of $9.50 USD until October 29th, 2026.
