Hell Yes Loop Lab has introduced a new musical tape-inspired processor designed for saturation, weight, drift, wear and the instability that comes with tape.
With controls tuned for useful, expressive and sometimes exaggerated results, Keep It Tapes features 3 tape speeds, factory and user presets, and A/B/C snapshots.
Push it for density. Add Weight until the bottom moves forward. Let Wear soften the hit. Turn Drift until the pitch stops standing still.
Tape It Easy can finish a bus without announcing itself, or turn a clean loop into something found, stretched and barely holding together.
Tape It Easy features
- Musical saturation: Push moves from gentle density and compression to stronger harmonic color and distortion.
- Tone and body: Glow and Weight shape high-frequency openness and low-frequency bloom without behaving like ordinary EQ controls.
- Movement and wear: Wear, Drift and Dust add darkness, softened transients, random pitch instability, hiss and worn texture.
Available for Windows and macOS (VST3/AU), Tape It Easy is on sale for the launch price of $14.50 USD until October 12th, 2026 (regular $29 USD).
