HY-Plugins has released HY-Reso, a free filter effect plugin for Windows.
It has three parallel chained bandpass filters. The structure is based on MAM RS3. Those filters can be modulated by LFO and Env Follower.
Other features: Re-sizable interface & Preset manager.
HY-Reso is available as a free download for Windows (VST).
