Shreddage

Impact Soundworks has announced a new website for its Shreddage brand of critically-acclaimed guitar & bass virtual instruments.

With a clean, incredibly readable design, the site features comprehensive information, audio & video demos, and a one-stop shop for all Shreddage products including the flagship Shreddage 2: Absolute Electric Guitar and Shreddage Bass: Picked Edition.

Impact Soundworks, a joint venture between award-winning composers Andrew Aversa and Wilbert Roget, II, was founded in 2007 with the goal of creating innovative, affordable and unique sample libraries that are “designed with composers in mind.”

The new www.shreddage.com also features several universal discounts, including a bundle deal for Shreddage 2 and Shreddage Bass, as well as an instant 25% discount for ALL customers who share the site through social media like Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus.

Shreddage 2 has received universal praise from publications like Computer Music and composers all around the world for its realism, flexibility, and ease-of-use. The instrument, powered by Native Instruments Kontakt Player, offers a deeply-sampled 7-string electric guitar ideal for rock & metal music. To help users achieve the perfect guitar tone, Impact Soundworks and Peavey Electronics have partnered to include a free copy of the ReValver HPse™ amp simulator plugin with each copy of Shreddage.

“We’re thrilled to launch the new Shreddage.com as we prepare to release a free Shreddage II update for all users,” said Andrew Aversa, lead developer. “Our goal is to make these instruments as accessible as possible, not just in design but in price as well. With the new site and discount options, any musician can enjoy our samples and add realistic guitars & basses to their music.”

Shreddage libraries are available starting at $59 USD for Kontakt and SFZ formats, before the instant 25% discount available for all customers.
