Inear Display has announced an update to its drone synthesizer plugin which generates continuous tones using additive synthesis.
Version 1.3 of Lancinantes comes with various improvements and fixes.
A new drone mode parameter allows for audio generation only to happen when the host transport is running, and a new rate multiplier parameter offers macro control over the rate of all harmonics.
Furthermore, the user interface of the plugin has been refreshed, and the update comes with some minor enhancements and fixes.
Lancinantes for Windows and macOS (VST3/AU) is a “pay what you like” download, including free.
